THE VIBE: An Intuitive Sound Journey

Step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into a deeply restorative 75-minute sound healing experience at The Healing Vibe HOUSE OF ENERGY.
Each class begins with a gentle, mindful meditation to quiet the mind, ground the body, and create space for you to fully arrive in the present moment. From there, I intuitively guide each sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, gong, and other healing instruments. Because every class is intuitively played, no two sound journeys are ever exactly alike.
You’ll be invited to simply relax, breathe, and receive as the vibrations and frequencies of sound wash over you, creating an opportunity for deep rest, energetic balance, and inner connection.
Your comfort matters. Each participant will have a 4-inch cushion for added support and comfort while resting on the floor. For those who are unable or prefer not to lie on the ground, anti-gravity chairs are also available so you can fully participate while remaining comfortable and supported.
At the close of our journey, we gently return to the present moment and allow space for reflection and integration. Because I play intuitively, I may also receive personal messages, insights, or intuitive guidance during the experience, which I will share with the group at the end when they feel called to be expressed.

There is nothing you need to know, nothing you need to accomplish, and nothing you need to “do” perfectly. Simply arrive, get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive.

Reiki energy healing, crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other
sound healing instruments to support relaxation, energetic clearing, and balance.
Choose Reiki, Sound Healing, or a combination of both - each session is uniquely tailored to what you need in the moment.
At times, messages or insights may be received during a session with a client. Each person’s boundaries are honored and messages will only be shared if the client is open to receiving them.

During this private sound journey, you and your partner will be guided
into a calming space through gentle breathwork, intention setting, and the healing vibrations of sound. As crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments surround you, the nervous system is invited to soften, the mind begins to quiet, and the body is able to fully relax.
This experience creates space for deeper connection, presence, and harmony - allowing you both to release stress, restore balance, and simply enjoy being together in a peaceful, heart-centered way.
